Manage your inventory

MYOB Accounting v17/ Premier v11 automatically adjust your inventory as you buy and sell items, so you always know what’s in stock. The Receive Inventory function provides a clear and easy way to receive items into inventory when they arrive.   • Use the new Standard Cost field as the basis of item values on Purchases/orders in place of Last Cost

  • Sell items that have not been received yet by letting your inventory go negative

Undo your last bank account reconciliation

If you have cleared and reconciled the wrong transaction or deleted a previously reconciled transaction, you can easily undo your last bank reconciliation. When you undo a reconciliation, all transactions for that period return to an ‘un-reconciled’ status; the transaction will again appear in the Reconcile Accounts window.

Generate current and future budgets

Project and plan for the future success of your business. MYOB Accounting v17/ Premier v11 quickens and simplifies the budgeting process by enabling you to plan next year's budget while you're still in the current year. You can now work on all your balance sheet accounts and profit & loss accounts in one easy window in a simple spreadsheet format.

With the new shortcuts you can copy budget actuals from last year or actuals from one month into all months to compare budget to actuals. By simply entering an ending figure, MYOB can calculate and enter the monthly amounts. And budgets can be imported and exported in one simple step.

Clean up accounts and contact cards with ease, make duplicates and old accounts or cards a thing of the past. With MYOB Accounting v17/ Premier v11,  you can merge accounts and client histories, and keep transactions and amounts intact and stored in the one single account.
